Very disappointing experience at an office party. The food was extremely bad and overly salty, and the service was poor — staff did not listen to customers at all. What’s worse is their response to negative reviews. Instead of accepting feedback, they publicly accuse customers of spreading false information or misbehaving with staff. Even first-time visitors are treated this way.If you’re planning to visit, please think twice unless you have time, money, and patience to waste. Suggestion to Management: Please consider hiring a more experienced chef and properly trained staff who listen to customers’ needs, especially considering the premium prices you charge. This will help improve service quality and reduce the chances of negative reviews. As this is a bar-cum-restaurant where drinking is common, staff should be trained to handle such situations calmly and professionally. Poor service can naturally lead to frustration, so customers should not be accused of breaking glasses or plates without proper understanding. We went to Stories Cafe & Lounge in Topsia for our batch party, and it was an amazing experience! Ali, the manager, handled everything so nicely — from the arrangements to the service.
