This platform is based on exploitation of customers. There is no effective mechanism for complaint redressal. There is per set format for complaints. The entire system is based on the laxity on part law enforcement agencies and lack of consumer awareness.

Level one is one of the best party place in hazratganj, the quality of food is very tempting and awesome, seating and overall internal ambience very superb and also cozy, in level one you can enjoy with your love, family, kids also. And menu price I think good according to area and food quantity is also good but in some dishes they serve very low quantity I think it's matter of availability of related ingredients. Over all five star according to me.
