Very good hotel for a stay. Room lock was not working properly hence I had to take help of the master key multiple times.

Disappointed with the Room Services – Not Worth the Price! My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First of all, there was no handwashing dispenser in the bathroom — basic hygiene was clearly not a priority. When I requested one, it took them forever to respond, and even then, it was never actually provided. The room service was incredibly slow. I had to call multiple times just to get towels and water delivered. What should’ve been a simple request turned into a frustrating wait of over an hour. To make things worse, the hot water geyser wasn’t working, and despite repeated complaints, there was no urgency to fix it. For the price I paid, I expected at least the bare minimum of comfort and basic amenities. Definitely not staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values timely service and cleanliness.
