All the staffs are very polite and attentive, but I don't think they are professionals to work in F&B Industry, and the food taste was very bad. I don't know how they are running the kitchen with providing this sought of taste to the customer. This is one of the iconic restaurant in Mysore, would suggest the management to train there employees better and provide better food. We were in this restaurant on 14th Feb 2025 on my Daughter's birthday for Dinner. we waited almost 30 minutes to get the menu to order the food and then finally we received our cold food(it was not at all hot) after 30 minutes and that too served without cutleries on the table and even we were asking for everything.Bad experience with waiters(not all) as well, we served from the person called Lokesh and we observed his negligence during serving the food
