Very poor service experience with a small team. Most drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, and the staff kept pushing the same limited options. Even water wasn’t served until we finished placing the entire order (drinks/starters/main course). Drinks and food arrived late, some items were missed, and we had to repeatedly remind the staff about what was ordered. It took almost 30 minutes before we could actually settle in. Towards the end, despite being told we could continue sitting, the lights were switched off at 10:30 PM while we were still inside, forcing us to use phone flashlights to move around. Poorly maintained place and not suitable for team outings. Clearly a service management issue. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
