Our small but dedicated team puts immense effort into maintaining the space and curating fresh, handcrafted food daily despite the operational challenges that come with running a fully artisanal café. As with any boutique establishment, certain menu items may occasionally be unavailable due to the care we take in preparation, freshness and sourcing. We always prioritize quality over shortcuts. Our outdoor area is a work-in-progress and is offered as an additional seating option but due to the ongoing construction of the outlets around , they get dusty at times.That said, we’ll certainly look into the details you mentioned and thank you for bringing them up. As for the washroom, it’s clearly mentioned at the café entrance that we currently don’t have one on-site. We do, however, ensure hygiene by offering sanitizer and clean cutlery, and we’re exploring ways to make the space even more comfortable for guests. We genuinely wish your visit had left a more positive impression. Nonetheless, we remain proud of the work we do every day and thankful to those who take a moment to truly appreciate it.
