Le Café in Ooty was an absolute disaster. My food was served with insects on it, the manager and chef tried to debate whether it had really happened. That level of denial and lack of responsibility is what appalling. The entire experience was disgusting, and to top it off, the manager insisted I shouldn’t write a review. I regret ever visiting this place and strongly advise others to avoid it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hygiene and customer service are the bare minimum a restaurant should maintain, and unfortunately, Le Café failed on both count. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
