Went here in Nov 25. We had the Thali (Lepo Thali) priced at a modest 160 rs. The curry was really tasty and full of flavour (coconut milk infused) which was evident from the fact that I did not touch the fish till I had almost finished the curry rice. The fish itself was nice and crisply fried. The Kismoor was one of dry mackerel (bangdo) for a change which was really awesome. Even the brinjal bhaji was nice. Would definitely recommend this thali. We also had chicken dry fry which was decent , well fried and tasty. A good place for a comforting afternoon meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Laxmi Bar & Restaurant is a solid place to grab a meal and relax. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable—perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying a laid-back dinner. The highlight for me was definitely the biryani—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they put effort into getting the spices and texture just right. It’s easily one of the better biryanis I’ve had in the area. Drinks are reasonably priced and well-prepared, and the menu offers a good variety of dishes to pair with your order. The service was friendly and attentive, though there was a bit of a wait during peak hours. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ambiance could use a bit of a refresh—it’s clean and welcoming, but a few upgrades would really elevate the experience. Overall, if you're craving a great biryani and a chill place to unwind, Laxmi Bar & Restaurant is definitely worth checking out!
