I can't say enough good things about the Thai curry and jasmine rice at this restaurant! It's truly one of the most authentic Thai dishes I've ever tasted. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the aroma is irresistible, and the juicy chicken and basil just melt in your mouth. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the passion of the chefs. They took the time to explain to us how they prepare the dish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. #lmmahableshwardiariesLatest RecipesA place to unwind!Food be the music for the soul!!!When you come in too the retreat...all you want is a good place to sit and savour some yummilicious good food.Here the executive chef who has joined in after st.regis mumbai...sure knows his flavours and textures for food.He will leave no stone unturned when it comes to guest satisfaction.Food is serious!!!He has world-class chefs,partaking in every which cuisine...showcasing their skills and wonders.At the coffee shop get blown...by the stream-line of healthy salads...screaming pick me!!!The exec chef is a complete serious health freak.The varieties in veg and non-veg mains is humongous.When i clicked the pic's,tht day four dishes laid out,were based on maharastrian theme...like varan,puneri aloo,kolhapuri vegetable.They have a mavshi who comes to make these delicacies from the village.How more personalized can it be.Their was a cold mezze lebanese counter.Continental dishes.Asian to savour a few.Cold-cuts.They have a daily theme in the dinner buffet.The general manager of the said propery...is very guest eccentric.Hope that you catch a few winks...and don't miss a blink in your comfortable stay.Happy Travels!
