It was an excellent state Evershine. The rooms were very good. The property was very clean and maintained. Very good food. The property has lot of options for kids, especially it is very kid friendly. There are many activities for adult as well which are already included in the package. The swimming pool is good as well.

Evershine Resort and Spa is a luxurious property to enjoy a relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating stay in Mahabaleshwar.This is close to city centre. The reception lobby is very huge, beautifully decorated and a series of sofas properly placed. We were requested to sit on sofa and enjoy detox water or kahwa while the check in formality was underway and the reception executive came to us to conclude and brief us. Rooms are clean and cozy though little small in size.Neat bathroom and a balcony facing the pure natural green scenery.These places equipped with all essential and modern amenities. Food is incredible and tasty. A wide variety to choose from a massive spread in Cafe Evershine or “Mad smokehouse”(outside in the lawn) A well stocked bar is also available. Number of activities both indoor and outdoor, some free and others paid may keep one indulged in game zone or outdoors(cycling, rope climbing, archery and others) Resort also arranged a complementary guide to take us for track of about 5 kms covering Wilson point(sunrise) and deep in the jungles to lesser known and tough track to Switzerland point. Now about the most impressive part service Staff. They are all well trained, humble and exceptionally courteous.Right from reception to catering to guards, waiters all were friendly and willing to help. Ambience is superb and property is well maintained. Overall, an amazing experience and we’d love to come again and certainly recommend others.

Keeping feedback to the point :
1. if you visit their restaurants for food ( but not staying at resort) - staff will make sure to INSULT YOU & HUMILIATE YOU.
2. for 4* resort having such unprofessional people is ridiculous. I asked straight away to put a board that NO ROOM BOOKING THEN NOT ALLOWED IN RESTAURANTs or our RESORT
3. Staff member Ms. Yukti Nalawade - Asked one of our family member at restaurant - WHY ARE YOU GOING INSIDE ? IF YOU BELONG HERE THEN SHOW WHICH TABLE ARE YOU SITTING ON ? then Seperately came to me t ask my Name and number and noted down.
4. When highlighted to their Senior Mr. Vinay at restaurant ( I doubt he is actually a senior or not) - He apologised only when I raised voice and asked to meet restaurant executive
5. Finally informed Executive Mr. Srimanta - who was reluctant and simply apologized for the sake of it.

if you can show off and throw some money on face - you are welcome to this resort else there are way better option nearby like Le Meridien, Mahindra, Brightland & TGL.
