Very bad customer service. The snacks are of average taste, and some are below average. They prepare all the snacks in unhygienic and ugly surroundings, which raises serious cleanliness issues. My inlaws bought dry fruit halwa on 16 aug while they were visiting us in Bangalore. On 19 aug, while having the halwa, we found a small steel screw in the halwa. Imagine our plight, if we had swallowed the screw. Seems somewhere, some hygiene standards are not followed.
