I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent dining experience at Pathans Thrissur location. While Hotel Pathans once held a reputation for excellent food, my recent visit fell far short of this legacy. The dishes I ordered were unfortunately subpar, lacking the expected flavors. Furthermore, I found the cashier's demeanor to be unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and work towards restoring Hotel Pathans to its former standard of quality.
