We were enticed by the Rajasthani food festival going on in the restaurant which had their chef from Novotel Jaipur showcasing his cooking. Went for the dinner and everything we tasted from the Rajasthani menu including chaat, daal bhakri to mains like jodhpuri aaloo, rajwadi chicken, kaju makahana and sweets like barfis were all fabulous. All dishes with fish in it were Basa which was a downer. Chef Chetan you can take a bow. Not to be missed are the ever cheerful and most attentive service staff of the restaurant who were always engaging and trying to make our meal as pleasant it can be. Been here with group of families for a Dinner, an excellent place with best hospitality, the group was taken care by Mr Sahid Husen, who made us very comfortable during the dinner, the buffet is very good and ambiance of the hotel is very good, we all enjoyed the food and hospitality
