This was yet another horrible experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it seems nothing has changed over the years. I placed my order, Tandoori-E-khaas pizza with red capsicum and no paprika but got makhni pizza instead. When told the server that we got the wrong order, the server very rudely told me, “No ma’am, this is what you ordered.” I had to physically show her the menu to prove what I had actually ordered. Only then did she reluctantly agree to get the pizza changed. She came back saying the market didn’t have red capsicum and the pizza would be made with green peppers — we agreed to that as well. My mom even joked that the market does have red capsicum, maybe they just didn’t, but we let it go. After waiting almost 45 minutes, they brought out the exact same wrong pizza again — with paprika and makhni paneer — not what we had ordered. At that point, I didn’t even have the energy to ask for it to be changed a third time and we just ate what we were given. This is not the first time we’ve had such a disappointing experience here. The exact same thing happened last year when I visited India — I had specifically asked for pasta without mushrooms (because I’m allergic), and they brought it with mushrooms. When I pointed it out, the server rudely said, “But I told the kitchen for no mushrooms,” with no apology and no offer to fix their mistake. I had to skip my meal entirely, and my husband had to eat it instead. This place clearly has untrained staff, POOR customer service, and zero accountability. Rather than apologizing, they try to make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you wna argue before you have your meal and of course you’re paying for it as well. Hiring manager/owner should either train their staff before they could face customers or not hire mannerless servers. The guy who brought us our chq was the only decent guy who said thank you to everyone present at the table and was nice to people. Girls here have a lot of attitude and for no talent. La Roma Pizzeria is good place for Pizza lovers. It's pizza's are authentic in taste. Much more food items are there Such as Shake, Pasta, Burger, pizza etc. Service is good. Atmosphere is also good. Best place to visit with family and friends. Prices are Rs 200 to 250 per person but it's does not matter when it is fully utilized. Must visit place for pizza lovers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
