Ambience : Very warm and welcoming. Sofas are super comfortable. Tables are almost clean all the time. The huge TV screen makes it easier to spend the wait time for your order. A separate U shaped area for some small gatherings makes it even better.
Staff : Very cooperative. They don't murmur on your back. Tell them to pack and they will. Tell them to bring one item now and other after 15 mins and they will. The one at the billing counter (I don't remember the name) wasn't much friendly. He got pissed even when I asked for an extra polythene to take back what I told them to pack from my leftovers. But that fact could be ignored over others.
Food : It's great. Really delicious. Pizzas are crispy on the bottom and cheesy on the top. Also, the pasta is way too awesome. Garlic bread adds another star to this restaurant. Cold drinks are more of ice, sadly. They use freshly chopped veges as toppings and aren't like dominos. That thing made me visit here for like 1 complete year.
Price : Lemme be honest, I've had around 20-25 coupons of this place and I've enjoyed all this food at very cheap prices, but when I see the menu now, trust me guys it's expensive. Pizzeria gives you the same stuff way cheaper. But as per the taste, price seems reasonable too. Only at times.
As I mentioned, I've been a frequent visitor, I love this place. I would tell you all to try this once. Hope you have a good experience :)
