Worst experience with Lapino’z Pizza. The atmosphere felt toxic, and the service was extremely poor. I ordered at 10:26 PM but received my pizza at 10:45 PM — almost 20 minutes later. When I questioned the delay, they gave a weird excuse that Jain pizzas take 15–20 minutes but other pizzas take 5–6 minutes. The delivery manager was rude, and there was absolutely no respect for customers. Not ordering again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
