I regret to say that my experience with restaurant this time was not that good, i’ve been a fan of Cheeliza especially pasta, I asked the person at counter NOT to include broccoli but it was ignored and half of my 4 penne pasta was filled with broccoli leaving me to manually spent half of my time removing it. You should ensure the customisation reaches chef, this has happened couple of times before. Also while my bill was 345 the guy didn’t even care to return 5 rs. (550 paid - 200 returned). I don’t care about 5 rs but customer experience isn’t that great. Please don’t call me regarding this review, i’ll relook at it in future based on my experience. It says India ka Pizza, but sadly the quality doesn’t reflect that anymore. This place may have been great once, but the standards have clearly gone down. We ordered a pizza and Alfredo pasta — the sauce was overly salty and seemed old, the bread wasn’t fresh, and crumbled easily. The pizza initially came wrong, and even after reconfirming with the owner, the replacement arrived late and was rushed — dry in the middle, low on cheese, and undercooked. Overall, quite disappointing for the price and hype. There are much better Indian-style pizzas out there that deliver both taste and value.
