The ambience was pleasant, and the La Pinoz Chicken pizza with double cheese was delicious and great value. However, the wait time was very long, which was frustrating. I noticed other customers were also unhappy about the wait. The staff member who served me was helpful. If La Pinoz can fix the slow kitchen, I'd recommend them. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, I had a good experience at La Pinoz. The ambience was pleasant, and the food was delicious and offered great value for money. I especially enjoyed the La Pinoz Chicken pizza with double cheese – it was awesome! My only real issue was the extremely long wait time. I arrived at 7:26 pm and didn't receive my order until 8:40 pm. An hour and fifteen minutes is simply too long to wait for a pizza. While I understand things can get busy, this delay significantly impacted my dining experience, and I noticed other customers expressing similar frustrations. The kitchen definitely needs to improve its speed and efficiency to expedite orders more quickly. On a positive note, the cashier/server was incredibly helpful. She was very attentive and clearly tried her best to get my order to me as soon as possible, even with the kitchen delays. And yes, I'll admit, she was very friendly and efficient, and had a cute butterfly tattoo and was cute herself. Her customer service was excellent. So, to summarize: great food, good value, lovely ambience, and excellent service from the front-of-house staff. However, the excessively long wait time due to kitchen delays needs to be addressed. If La Pinoz can improve their kitchen speed, I would happily recommend them without hesitation. La Pion’z Pizza Restaurant is a great spot for pizza lovers! The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas with fresh and flavorful toppings. The crust was perfectly baked, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a nice place to hang out with friends or family. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring we had a good experience. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was a bit slow . However, the delicious food made up for it.
