The first time I have seen customer service at par with any metro in the country was my experience with Phinixx. Quick delivery, good professionalism and always ready to help. Setting the bar for customer service in Goa couldn’t have been done better. All the best.

5 stars for their initiative of a "Goan Brand" which is on a mission to reach every household in the nation... Their app has over 5K+ Downloads on Play Store with 4.3+ ratings... Not bad for a food delivery start up... Considering the analysis they're the sole successful start ups in Goa so far.... I've used their app but never ordered... Speaking of which I loved their app.. The features are pretty nice... If there are any queries you can just send them a message to the WhatsApp number... They deliver food, fruits, meat, parcels etc... Have seen them grow since the pandemic... As of lately the delivery charges outside of Margao might differ alot.... It costs about 160+ bucks of them to deliver at my place which is about 18 kms apart still I'd opt for Zomato and other big brands but seeing their customer support and the huge "price" comparison in the menu is what sets this app apart from those... Been about 2 years since they started... I wish them all luck for now... Better UI/UX Design can be improved and I'm sure they'll make this possible once it gets many people to download it... Also looking forward for them to grow in every part of Goa for now... Also their WhatsApp notifications are handy but I don't know if I can actually switch off the push notifications because it can be irritating...
