I am extremely disappointed with the pizza and service I received from La Pino's. The pizza was subpar, cold, and had hardened bread, which was unacceptable. I ordered at 8:30 PM, and it was dispatched at 8:45 PM, but it took over an hour and 35 minutes means 10.20pm to deliver, despite the outlet being just 15 minutes walking from my home. The delivery experience was marred by poor communication. The outlet picked up my call only once and then ignored subsequent calls. The delivery boy's number was busy, and when I called from another number to the outlet I was misinformed that the pizza was out for delivery. My senior citizen parents waited for a long time and went to bed without eating, which was very disappointing. The unprofessional behavior of the call attendant and the subpar service have left a sour taste. I expect a better experience in the future.
