Vanakkam to the best South Indian restaurant in khar, Cafe Muttuswami. The Mango festival is being celebrated, and we enjoyed: the delicious Aam ras puri, the tangy Panaka, the Mango milkshake, and Mango Lassi. Their Benne dosa is a class by itself. The Thatte idli was fluffy and mouth watering. We also relished the scrumptious veg thali and the fantabulous filter coffee. Their Mumbai's favorite Pav bhaji was Lip-smacking. For the dessert, we had: Belgian chocolate and Honey crunch ice cream scoops in waffle cones. A hygienic must visit place for foodies who love South Indian cuisines. Mutuswami is in 3 rd road khar near Gurudwara The ambience is decent and the staff is quick and alert Besides South Indian they also have various other options too Thatte idli was delicious Benne dosa Mutuswami special was mouth watering The veg thali was amazing Fresh mango shake was tasty with mango pieces in it Panakam Mango lassi nice Pav bhaji was tasty and buttery Aamras puri great Honey crunch and Belgian chocolate ice cream were outstanding A wonderful time spent with our loved ones Would highly recommend

South indian dishes were expected but mumbai dishes were not . You can vadapav and misal pav here too along with south indian dishes. Pack your tummy post dine with filter coffee. Dosa was nice. Sambhar was also good in taste. Coconut chutney was general. Ghee podi idli was so delicious, that ghee taste . Plain dosa was crispy as instructed. Reservation is required. I guess in Mumbai, everywhere it is required. So if my Surati people go, keep that in mind . It was pleasure experience here to have south indian.
