Very bad experience, poor service, the restaurant was empty still they were taking 15 20 mins for repeating our drinks. Food was pathetic and the staff forgot our order of Indian breads, when he got the breads they were so hard that we were not able to eat. The main course mutton was raw and smelly.We ordered 2 picante cocktails and they were not at all good and we asked to change, they did change but still they charged us. For a place like this it is very disappointing!Would never recommend such a place.

Courteous staff, Great Environment and setting, Decent & Well Presented food. But, regretfully, must report atrocious food safety. Same night as our dinner at La Mesa, we all got varying degrees of food poisoning. My younger son had to be put on drip. Others suffered vomiting and diarrhea. Given the low traffic and onset of rains, it is obvious that they horribly mishandled ingredients. One goes to a top flight establishment like this PRECISELY to avoid such hurtful experiences. Regretfully, La Mesa at the Taj let us down very BADLY! Two days before our return back to US, we are dosing up on medications and writhing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
