Town Coffee 2.0 is a very popular and lively place. As far as coffee and food quality is concerned, they are genuinely amazing and well worth trying. However, the café is quite crowded, which makes it not ideal for important or formal meetings where a quieter environment is needed. Our experience was impacted by the staff’s lack of menu awareness. What was served to us was not what we had ordered, and when we pointed it out, the staff insisted it was the same item. To make matters worse, the invoice reflected a different item altogether, which was disappointing and avoidable. The staff clearly needs better training to understand the menu and handle such situations professionally. Overall, great food and coffee, but service and staff training need improvement to match the quality of the offerings.
