Arriving before closing time, we were informed the last order was being taken, which we respected. However, what followed was shocking. Our food arrived cold, and within 5 minutes, the staff switched off the AC. When we politely asked why, the response was rude and dismissive. Despite pointing out the cold food, the staff’s attitude worsened, and they stopped attending us altogether. To make matters worse, when we asked for the manager, he not only ignored us but shouted at us.
If they were in such a hurry to close, they should’ve told us upfront. Offering cold food, switching off the AC, and treating paying customers with blatant disrespect is unacceptable. Absolutely appalling service and behavior. Would not recommend to anyone.
