Proper Italian food in India. I was delighted to find this restaurant in Agonda, because Italian food is my favorite. It didn't disappoint. It's not got quite the same flavors in some cases because authentic ingredients such as fresh Italian tomatoes and vegetables won't be accessible, but the food is authentic recipes and the couple who have the restaurant are Italian. The Indian staff are friendly, professional and very courteous. I tried several different vegetarian dishes and loved them all, particularly the gnocchi, which is probably the best I've ever had. The puddings are delicious, with a particular mention for the torta caprese which was my favorite . The tiramisu would have pipped it to the post for winner, but as a caffeine free person, it kept me awake highly recommend if you eat at lunch time or have a good tolerance for caffeine Definitely recommended. It is Italian food, not indian, so it tastes like Italian food is supposed to taste which isn't spicy hot. There are plenty of Indian food restaurants in Agonda if that's what your looking for. The joy of this restaurant is its different and it's great to have choice in such a small place. A cute, open space we chanced uppn while walking on the streets of Agonda looking for a place for lunch! And what a choice - the pizzas were super fresh and tasty andmake perfectly well with a thin crust! The ravioli pasta in pink sauce made with fresh tomatos was delicious and an 11 on 10! Service was prompt and good. Everything was very fresh and made with patience and tasted so good! Ended our meal with a strawberry cheesecake and Tiramisu - both were lipsmacking! Id you're in Agonda do visit La Dolce Vita for an excellent Italian meal that will leave your heart and tummy full! had the best night of my Goa here in dolce la vita , Agonda . There food speaks their heart out .. Never had that good pasta and pizza ever in a 5-star Resturant or a cafe ! There food touch my soul and mind .. it was bona fide Italiano food .. the flavours, the quanlity .. so authentic, And the tiramisu was the top notch And the special mention of my review would be , Deepo , she was the heart of Dolce la vita , beautiful, kind , so hard working , down-to-earth women I ever met ❤️❤️ kudos to her , for bringing such heavenly experience to us .. Grazie mille.
