We reached there around 7:30 pm and it’s not crowded as it’s on a weekday. The ambience is fantastic and the food was very delicious. I think it’s the best place serving Korean cuisine in town. The Chicken Ramyeon and Beef Udon were to die for and the Bacon Fried Rice was cooked to perfection. Will certainly come back next time to try some other dishes on the menu. Shoutout to the staffs for their great service and awesome food quality. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

This is my second visit to this warm and cozy place, the ambience is just fantastic, that old house with wooden floors and then the food, my experience is very nice both the time. From dining single to enjoying a quality time with friends and loved one, this is a great place. Would visit again in future to try out other food items. The washroom is also quite nice and clean. We’ve been regulars at Kynjai Cloud Kitchen, with roughly ten visits over time, which is why this feedback from 19 October 2025 is difficult to share. We arrived around 5:10 PM and placed our order at about 5:20 PM; the juice reached the table roughly 30 minutes later, and the final dishes arrived approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering. What made the wait harder was the absence of proactive updates, a sincere apology, or any gesture to acknowledge the delay, which left us feeling that our time and experience did not matter. A couple seated next to us arrived about half an hour after we did and received their order first, which felt unfair given the wait we had already endured. As someone with a gastric condition, such a long delay was uncomfortable and turned a simple meal into a stressful evening. For verification, the owner can review the CCTV timestamps for our arrival and the serving times, which should clearly reflect the delay. We are leaving 1 star for this visit and will not be returning for now; a timely update, sincere apology, or a small gesture to make amends would have made a real difference and likely kept our loyalty.
