The service is so bad even the waiter is so full of himself no proper hospitality doesn't even take order and serves very disrespectful. Until it's not a huge order they don't give a shit and only give attention to the rich costumes. Very bad mood spoiler don't go better have street food. The waiters were not attentive at all and not professional or decent at all. They don't respect the local people here kinda racist. We just ordered two samosa kachori and gulab jamun yet they took years to place it on our table we had to remind our order again and again. It was pricy too than it should be. I felt so bad that my dad was reaching out to the waiter but he was instead talking to the rich fancy customers and we were just dressed comfortable that's why. The tables was not clean at me. Pls don't promote this restaurant Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 3

Being someone who absolutely loves North Indian food, I was thrilled to find a restaurant in Shillong that exactly hit the spot! The variety of options that Shaan - Sweets & Snacks offers ensures there's something for everyone. The cozy ambiance and friendly service makes it a perfect spot for a having a good individual or family time. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in town! Absolutely loved it!
