We went in as a 3 member family yesterday 24th August 2023 in the evening at 7.15 p.m & were the first to enter this Restaurant. Ordered 2 non-veg starters, 1 Malaysian noodles & Tava veg with roties. The last thing we ate was Tava veg. It was a complete shock to see a small dead cockroach in the veg. dry gravy!!! After calling the Manager, I asked if they can call the chef who made this but they did not welcome the idea. Within minutes, the Manager tried to offer me a "complimentary" dish & I refused it outright. Then there was small smiley conversations between the order taker & the Manager & I called both to the table. I insisted that they should not charge me for this dish & they bought me the bill without the cost of this dish. All of this while not offering a basic "Sorry". Also we did not raise our volume of speech as we did not want this episode to spoil others happiness. The staff need to be sensitive about their customers requirements & should not offer "complimentary" food as a compensation for infected food. Also if your name is "Kwality", you should stand up for it!

We need to be careful about the food we eat at these outside eateries. Cant trust anybody these days!
