The service was absolutely horrendous – from rude staff to unclean rooms. It was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. The amenities were poorly maintained, and the management was unresponsive to concerns. I would highly advise anyone looking for a decent place to stay to avoid this hotel at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Trust me, you won’t regret it! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was our first time trying the Bhiwandi Darbar outlet, and it was worth it. We had White chicken, Mutton Shimla dry, Chicken lollipop masala, and chicken crispy — all delicious. The staff was professional and attentive. We were also offered complimentary drinks and desserts. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This was probably the worst dining experience I've had during my camp stay. The food was dry, not fresh, and completely lacking in flavor. When I asked the staff about their specialties, they seemed clueless and unprepared to answer. The overall atmosphere was chaotic—staff and others wandered around talking loudly as if they were in a public park, not a restaurant. It was far from a peaceful or professional environment.
