THE place for an authentic japanese experience. Kuuraku has the best yakitori in town- the squid and pork belly being my favourite. The gyoza is soft, juicy, and served with the a delicious fried garlic chilli oil which I couldn't get enough of. A pour of sake or umeshu pairs really with the food for a complete experience. The ambience is cosy and staff is very polite. You'll be welcomed in with a cheerful japanese greeting by the entire staff which was unexpected but also delightful! The place is always busy so make sure to call ahead and get a reservation, or get there at the opening time to catch a seat without much waiting. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Gyoza Chicken, Teppan Gyoza, Spicy Chicken Ramen, Kuuraku Special Ramen with Pork and Green Onion Vegetarian options: Limited options for vegetarians. Would recommend this place to meat lovers only.

This would have been my 3rd time visiting this place. While the food is great and authentic. There are obvious problems too. The beauty of an authentic Japanese restaurant is their polite nature and service. Both are 0 in this restaurant . No one wants to pay money to a place,where you don’t feel welcome! I read so many reviews that talks about their service and yet no one bothered to give attention to it! The person at the entrance are rude and need to learn customer service. Because the restaurant was full and I refused to be seated near the kitchen counters which felt like a fire hazard I was asked to leave without even trying to being polite about it. I had even called prior (an hour back) to check if I could book a table but I was told since ‘it is a weekday , booking isn’t required’. However, when I was there I was bluntly told since I did not have booking, I have to sit by the kitchen counter.The counters near the kitchen are fire hazard, and unintentionally may harm a customer. Overall disappointed by the behaviour of the front desk lady and the gentleman

We had beer, sushi, chicken skewers and Raman, they all tasted so yumm.. definitely going back to this place again. Best Japanese food I've had in Bangalore. Must visit
