Authentic Food, But Hygiene Needs Serious AttentionI visited Kuuraku Bangalore with high expectations, and I must say the food lived up to its reputation. The flavors were authentic, and the experience—from the lively staff interactions to the ambiance—felt like a true Japanese izakaya.However, the hygiene situation was a major letdown. I noticed cockroaches roaming around, and shockingly, a small cockroach even emerged from the spout of the soy sauce bottle. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, their response was indifferent and unapologetic, which made the situation even worse.Great food cannot make up for poor cleanliness and lack of accountability. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to improve hygiene because this could easily ruin an otherwise fantastic dining experience. Until then, I’d hesitate to return or recommend it.

So, it is disheartening to see how many people on this review page don’t actually know what japanese food. I have had authentic ramens outside India and if you dnt want to eat authentic food and want Indian version of it, then do not visit here. Ramen was actually nice, yes they can work on their portion a bit respective of the price but the staff was good, we were greeted in a authentic japanese way and please for god sake do not leave them bad mouth of word if you want indian version of ramen. Would recommend the kuuraku ramen, doryaki and the corn tempura, prawn tempura. For the last time Japanese food is not into flavours but more into broth. I had pork in my ramen and my oh my, it tasted perfect. And their plum wine is a must!!
