My experience at Kulchas and More was disappointing. Despite placing my order in advance, I had to wait for 40 minutes, only to find out that my order had been given to someone else. When my food finally arrived, it was average in taste and did not justify the long wait. The delay and the underwhelming quality of the food made the visit less enjoyable. Overall, the service needs significant improvement, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. I hope they address these issues to enhance the customer experience in the future.
