Very soggy crust except for edges , all the toppings fall off the slices of pizza . Taste was ok , nothing memorable .

not even 12 Inch plus outside packing is good but inside the chilli completely spilt, and the pizza was turned upside down. This is my first order with Zomato, and I would not recommend anyone to use it.

Thanks A for your words, but we would like to bring your attention that all pizzas are hand stretched hence you can not expect every time exact 12" pizza sizes as during backing dough do get shrink a bit. secondly as you mentiono pizza was turned upside down, it is next to imposible that it has got turned upside down unless rider might have kept pizza upside down in his carry bag. Such incidents are beyond out control as it doesn't relates to us at all as it is complete responsibility of Zomato and their riders and not of Gusto's Pizzeria. We always give pizza in right manner. Third to order further or not is your own wish which feel you should consider all above things unless you have delibrately written this review for obvious reason. Kindly share images if you have taken of upside down pizza as you mentioned to understand.
