We waited for more than a hour and still did not get a table even though we had given our names for reservation they did not bother to call us and the manager was extremely rude, the staff at the reception table was very confused and could not manage the crowd at all.

They did not bother to call us and they expected us to stand outside the restaurant for almost one and half hour for them to call out our name and give us a table.

Had a fantastic time at Kuai Kitchen! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Loved the decor and the staff were very attentive. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others!
