Today I had the worst experience at Bawa Kitchen when I was asked to wait for an hour while my order was prepared - only to find out that they hadn't even started! Not only did this waste valuable time, but it also showed complete disregard from the Bawa Kitchen. no apologies offered - this type of customer service is unacceptable.
