Highly recommended Dal Baati restaurant in Udaipur. They offer an unlimited, all-you-can-eat Dal Baati meal with churma and other accompaniments. The main fare is delicious and truly irresistible. I ended up having hot baatis and churma twice and left with a full stomach, a lingering great taste, and fond memories of the place. What stood out most was the dal—simple, authentic, and not overly oily, unlike what you often find at similar restaurants. The churma and bati mixed very well indeed. This is how Dal Baati should be made. Highly recommended—go for it! Prepare for a waiting time of at least 15 minutes during weekends unless you are prepared to share tables with others in which case the waiting could be lesser.
