One of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had in Udaipur. Chef’s Café near Gulab Bagh is all ambience and zero quality. The staff was outright rude and the waiter didn’t even bother to respond properly. We ordered loaded nachos, G. Green sandwich and peri peri fries — everything was soggy, tasteless and felt completely stale. What made the experience even worse was the billing issue. After paying ₹555 through EazyDiner, the waiter refused to accept the payment. The owner’s behaviour was shockingly arrogant — he demanded we pay again and even tried to stop us from leaving. Only when he realised we were locals did his tone suddenly change. The issue got resolved ONLY because EazyDiner stepped in and assured him full payment. Terrible food, unprofessional staff and highly unacceptable behaviour from the owner. Definitely NOT a place I would ever recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As an Italian, I’m usually picky with pizza but this one really surprised me! Authentic taste, great dough, and lovely atmosphere. Complimenti! Meal type: Lunch
