I booked this hotel online for my wife and son and when I reached the hotel the reception manager did not allow me to be there with them for even 2 hrs. I had a train to catch and just went there to drop my family. His logic was that even for two hrs I needed to book for three people whereas I had no plan to stay and just after lunch to catch the train. He was very rude and told me that he has 40 hotels and he is right. His language was also not appropriate for the hospitality industry. Highly unprofessional behavior. He said that when I will stay for two hrs I will use their facilities and toilets. What is this? I have visited many of my friends and family several times as a guest but no one told me that even to go to meet someone in the room and using toilets we need to pay them. I then told no problem I will stay at reception for two hours but then my wife told me she cannot stay in a hotel where the staff is so rude that even for her husband does not allow it. In fact the restaurant staff who were at junior level understood and told me that I can use the restaurant toilet. The hotel was booked on no refund basis but as my wife was not feeling safe we came out and booked another hotel. Also complained to the cleartrip but the manager refused to accept any apology and provided no refund. The hotel has a very bad entrance and I don't know how it will be from inside. It is the first time I have seen that the hotel has a front dhaba spoiling the front of the hotel and no parking. I suggest not to book or consider this hotel as staff is very rude and may not be safe also. I don't have any option for zero stars That's why I have to give one. Actually it should have minus stars. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Service: 1
