Please avoid coming to any Kovallam Outlet. This brand has degraded their food quality, and customer service. I am not sure if Mr. Geet Panchal will take this issue seriously. But trust me, any roadside restaurant serving south indian cuisine along with the service would be far better than this one.As soon as we entered the restaurant menu was provided and asked us to expedite as it's closing time - So the point is they should not have let us in the first place if it was closing time. Moreover, which restaurant takes the last order at 10:10pm if the closing time is at 11:00pm? That too is a fast food category.Later, order instructions were not followed and upon asking to replace it the staff said this is how it is being served here and anything that will be done to it will change the quality - A simple thing was requested to make the Uttapam crispy which was not done and it was denied. Pretty unexpected.
