I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my recent experience at Pita Pita, I feel obligated to speak up—for the sake of others and my own health. Within hours of dining here, I experienced a severe allergic reaction that left my entire face red, swollen, and inflamed. It was not only painful and distressing—it was genuinely alarming. I had to seek medical treatment, and it completely disrupted my face. To be clear, I have no known food allergies that would cause this level of reaction, which leads me to question the quality, freshness, and handling of the ingredients used. There were no allergy warnings on the menu, and at no point did the staff inquire about allergies or offer clarification when I had questions. But perhaps most upsetting was the level of service I received. The staff was inattentive, unhelpful, and completely disengaged. I am sharing this not out of spite, but because I believe this experience raises serious concerns about food safety, staff training, and basic customer care. So happy to have found this place for a quick lunch - especially happy that it has chicken! I feel like it’s quite hard to find good meat places in Ahmedabad, but this place did it right! Very poor quality. Wraps were full of mayonnaise. Tasteless. Food was not ready; the Swiggy delivery person had to wait 10 minutes. The staff responded rudely. Not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommended dishes: Falafel Wrap, Paneer Shawarma
