Our visit to Kottaram Sweet House - Kians Cafe was a delightful and relaxing experience. Despite the team being busy with their morning delivery of fresh puffs and bakery delicacies, they managed to maintain excellent service. We were a group of six, and the staff handled everything efficiently, balancing the organization of their stock with taking our orders. Service was prompt, and the food did not disappoint. The fruit salad is a standout recommendation—refreshing and flavorful—while the freshly baked puffs were an absolute treat. Adding a personal touch, the owner, who was managing the cash counter when we arrived, took the time to visit our table and ensure we were enjoying our experience. Small gestures like these make a lasting impression. For a mix of great food and warm hospitality, Kians Cafe is definitely worth a visit!
