I told him that it’s him who needs to update those status and not Swiggy/Zomato. He hardly had any idea what to do. He was advising us to go to Adyar branch and for which people mentioned it’s horrible.
If management employees people like this - it’s a free pass for them to shutdown permanently!!!
Such a waste of time.
After reading all the positive reviews, we planned to visit this place for dinner but was taken aback right from the chaos at parking lot, staffs watching T20 than serving the guests, most of the items unavailable even during prime dinner time at 8pm.
We had very limited options so we were told only the Biriyani varieties were available and that Potlam Biriyani would be suffice for 2 pax with a lot of starter varieties, but sure it wasn't, the varieties and taste was amazing tho! (My 2 star is just for this dish)
By the time we received this order & knew we needed to order 1 more, it was again unavailable and only dosa's were available.
Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience at this restaurant, however the Potlam Biriyani was yummy with a variety of starters packed in Vazhai Elai priced at ₹400 ~ Great value for the quality of food served.
