I am a Starbucks regular and visited the recently opened experiential store today. Was my first visit to this particular store. Amazing coffee, amazing ambience but disinterested receptionist at the order counter. After placing my order, twice I walked up to him to enquire about the bean type but twice he ignored me. That's some humiliation ! No qualms with the lady who brought us the order to our table. A great concept of the experential store and wishing you all the best. Hope I'm heard properly in my next visit! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered capachino , it was a disaster nothing but a warm milk . Spent around 800 but capachino money was waste. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
