During my stay at Novotel Chennai, I spent almost every evening at the rooftop restaurant, and it truly became one of the highlights of my trip. The atmosphere, service quality, and overall hospitality were outstanding. A special thank you to sabari and Prianshu n David , who made every evening exceptional. Their friendliness, genuine smile, fast service, and warm conversations created an experience far beyond standard hotel service. They were attentive without being intrusive, professional yet incredibly welcoming — making guests feel comfortable and valued at all times. Thanks to them, the rooftop felt less like a restaurant and more like a place you look forward to returning to every night. Hospitality is about people, and these two represent Novotel perfectly.
