The taste of the food was good. I had asked for it to be spicy, and they really prepared it to my requirement. The service was good and fast. The only downside was that the quantity of rice was too small, and any additional amount was chargeable. For the first few minutes, I felt like I was eating vegetables with rice, not rice with vegetables. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday I placed an order on Swiggy from Kolkata Heshel restaurant, earlier many times I have ordered from this place, most of the times they forget to give some items always something is missing, earlier Swiggy used to give solution instantly on missing items yesterday they told me to wait 6-8hours and today they mailed me to wait 24 hours, today with many efforts found 1 agent who told me to mail customer care, n wait 24 hours,. Here comes the main part , yesterday pick up was taking time so delivery boy called me to inform and asked me to tell the restaurant, I talked with them one lady talked with me I reminded her that they keep forgetting cart items as I have 7-8 items please recheck before sending, the lady said yes, as usual they forgot one main course item, the delivery was at around 12am I called the restaurant again from Google, she told me she will check then will return call but half hour later I had to call again she confessed that its their fault but since its late night and no staff available she will send next day meaning today after 2pm, today around 2.30pm I called she told me she will send via rider as no staff available, she talked in very well manner like how good she is, but behind that face there is a cheater who loot customers, I even told my husband she seems decent will help surely, anyways I waited till 7pm then I called her again now she tells me she not even able to find rider also, and she can't give refund also, you ordered on Swiggy you talk with them, I told her then why you made me wait and harrassed me from yesterday you could have told me the same yesterday only, thats how cheat and fraud chor they are, she did it intentionally so that Swiggy report time gets over, and they intentionally keep missing items so that from those missing iten amount they can do profit, otherwise mistake doesn't happen day after day they could have changed the staff, on face she tells decent words on back total fraud, if less staff keep increase new staff nooo they will cheat customer only,. They cook in lots of oil every item, even polao also, chicken fish items are not fresh, frozen and stale, not authentic, on special occasions people order as less bengali cuisine restaurant is there, and they take benifit from that, but trust me if this goes on you will loose buisness,.
