First time coming to Koishii after hearing great things. Unfortunately the service wasn’t up to par and it wasn’t even busy at the restaurant. Took 40 minutes for our drinks to come out after our waiter said 1 minute 5 times. They messed up on the second round of drinks and didn’t take it off the bill until we said something. Ordered an appetizer that wasn’t available, again didn’t take that off the bill. We had to ask for our bill 5 times, people that came after us left before us. The staff were not attentive to us at all. When we complained to the General Manager, Nishant, about our experience, all he said I would be mad and he would write a review too. For a restaurant at St. Regis we expect the service to be better. Even McDonald’s gave better service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
