We recently dined at Yazu - lower parel , the house of artisanal Pan-Asian food — and truly, every dish here has a story to tell. The ambience is chic and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable evening.We began with refreshing mocktails — Yoshi and Shojo — perfectly crafted to balance flavours. For appetizers, the black rice crispy - asparagus roll and classic California roll sushi impressed us, while the dimsum basket offered a variety of delicate bites. The highlight was the Yazu crispy cottage cheese, an absolute flavour bomb!In mains, the signature truffle edamame rice with Mah Poh tofu was a stellar pairing — bold, rich, and unforgettable. The spicy Korean Ramyun noodles were comforting and packed with taste.To end, the Mathilda cake pull-me-up was indulgent and dreamy. Yazu truly celebrates bold flavours. Come hungry, leave speechless!
