Absolutely disgusted. I purchased Grain Mother biscuits from Kohli’s just yesterday, and when I opened the pack, I found a DEAD FLY inside a cookie. This is beyond unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Selling contaminated food products is a serious health hazard. STRICT ACTION AND BETTER QUALITY CHECKS ARE NEEDED. Food: 1

This was my first experience, and believe me, it was a wonderful experience, and it only happened because of Vipin Sharma. For the entire time he stood by me, he never let me feel like he was just a manager. He supported my entire family, becoming like a part of the family, and even treated us to a wonderful lunch.
