Very bad service. We waited for 15-20 min but no one came to take our order that at night time only 2 table was occupied at that time. We have to wave them to take our order. Then we asked for water couple of times but they didn’t gave us water. At last i have to go at cash counter to ask for water. Never see cafe manger here. Very disappointed about this kind of service at a branded cafe like this. The staff seems missing in there own. Shown 0% gratitude towards customers. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 3
