I ordered food at 00:30 and the estimated time for delivery was 60 minutes. Later it does not arrive and Zomato asked for a few minutes. I'm waiting on the road at 02:00 in the middle of the night and still no response. The place said that the delivery boy left. So he's taking more than 25 mins to come to a place 10 mins away? And Zomato team was very unhelpful in getting back to me till I asked them. 2 and a half hours later I find out that I'm not getting my order. Like if it's not possible just tell me that. It's better than making me wait on the damn road for another 45 minutes. One thing is for sure - Not ordering from this place and definately not from the Zomato App.

Sure one to be liked by my fellow foodies.Definite yes to relieve one from late night hunger.Good quality food goes well with quantity as well..!!

Ordered food at Kharghar Sector 20 today. Firstly, food delivered after more then an hour by following up with then. On the top of it, delivered incomplete order. Therefore have to think twice before placing order in future with knight chef.
