I am currently working as a Swiggy Rider. On March 15, 2025, I went to the Chinese Wok store located near Hawre Centurion Mall in the afternoon to pick up an order. While I was there, the female staff members began arguing with us and refused to give us the order. They claimed that we were making them uncomfortable and raised complaints to the company, stating that they felt threatened by us as male riders. The ladies staff at the Chinese Wok frequently cancel rider orders—more than 10 daily from various riders. They are also making false allegations against us. As riders, we earn our income through successful deliveries. If the staff continues to cancel our orders, it severely impacts our ability to provide for ourselves and our families.
